The service life of high-speed precision angular contact ball bearings is closely related to their installation, and the following precautions should be taken into account.

1. The installation of bearings should be carried out in a dust-free and clean room. The bearings should be carefully selected and matched, and the spacer rings for bearings should be ground. On the premise of maintaining the same height as the inner and outer rings, the parallelism of the spacer rings should be controlled below 1um.

2. Before installing the bearing, it should be cleaned thoroughly. When cleaning, the inner ring slope should be facing upwards, with flexible hand sensing and no stagnation. After drying, a specified amount of grease should be added. If it is oil mist lubrication, a small amount of oil mist oil should be added.

3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, with uniform force and no knocking is allowed.

4. Bearings should be stored in a clean and ventilated manner, free from corrosive gases, with a relative humidity not exceeding 65%. Long term storage should be regularly protected against rust.
